PRIVACY STATEMENT

During the course of the webinar and for the purposes of both its arrangement and organization, we will process personal data of the participants. The aforementioned processing operations will be carried out according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions and any other applicable law related to the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of their personal data. In this privacy statement, the personal data that will be processed are presented, the processing operations, the means that will be used, the storage period and matters related to the conduction of the webinar.

The Microsoft teams platform will be used for the purposes of conduction of the webinar. The terms and conditions of use of the Microsoft teams platform and especially its privacy policy applies to the use of the platform.

1) Personal data that will be processed

The personal data that will be processed are the following:

  1. Name,
  2. Surname,
  3. E-mail address,
  4. Place of occupation,
  5. Profile picture

2) Processing operations

For the purposes of arrangement and organization of the webinar, we will proceed to the following processing operations

  1. Creation of the list of the participants in the webinar
  2. Sending of notifications concerning the webinar, before and after it takes place
  3. Conduction of the actual webinar
  4. Video recording of the webinar (the participants will be notified regarding this matter prior the recording process)
  5. Storage of the personal data until the end of the project

3) Data collected during the registration phase of the webinar

The data subjects - participants in the webinar will have to provide the following information - personal data during the registration phase:

  1. Name
  2. Surname
  3. Email address

4) People who will be processing the personal data

The people who will be having access to and process the personal data of the participants will be the authorized personnel of Diadikasia Business Consulting SA. The processing operations will be taking place until the end of the project.

5) Legal basis for the processing of personal data

  1. In terms of the project partners, the legal basis for the processing operations is performance of a contract (article 6 par. 1 case b’ of the GDPR), with the term contract referring to the contractual obligation opposed to the project partners as a result of the grant agreement.
  2. In terms of third persons participating, the legal basis for the processing operations is consent of the data subject, which has been provided prior to the participation in the webinar.

6) Information related to the storage of the personal data

The personal data will be stored following the end of the webinar and until the end of the project in the share drive of the project.

7) Data subject’s rights

The data subjects have the following rights that could be exercised freely:

  1. Right to be informed” regarding anything that is related to the processing of personal data (arts. 12-14 GDPR),
  2. “Right of access” to the personal data and any other information related to the data processing activities (art. 15 GDPR),
  3. “Right to rectification” of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data (art. 16 GDPR),
  4. “Right to erasure” (“right to be forgotten”), according to which the data subject could achieve the deletion of his/her personal data under certain conditions (article 17 GDPR),
  5. “Right to restriction of processing” of the personal data under certain conditions (art.18 GDPR),
  6. “Right to data portability”, according to which the data subject can receive the personal data concerning him/her, which had been provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit them to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data had been previously provided (art. 20 GDPR),
  7. “Right to object” at any time to processing of personal data concerning him/her (art. 21 GDPR),
  8. “Right to object to the automated individual decision-making, including profiling” (art. 22 GDPR).
  9. “Right to file a complaint to the competent national authority”
